ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the guise of enquiry as per the summon dated 08.08.2019 by the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
