O RDER This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for quashment of FIR in Crime No.331 of 2020 registered against the petitioners on the file of the first respondent Police for the offences under Sections 143, 341 and 269 of I.P.C.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the respondent Police have closed the FIR in Crime No.331 of 2020 as "Action Dropped" and the same was intimated to the learned Magistrate.

3. Since the very purpose of filing this petition has already been fulfilled on account of closure report, thereby, no purpose remains to continue this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
