Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2025 to issue individual patta in petitioners name and consequently to issue FMB regarding northern side 66 cents out of 1 Acre 16 Cents situated in Survey.No.86/10, Y.Kodikulam 1st Bit Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2025 to issue individual patta in petitioners name and consequently to issue FMB regarding northern side 66 cents out of 1 Acre 16 Cents situated in Survey.No.86/10,

Y.Kodikulam 1st Bit Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the property situated in survey No.86/10 belongs to the petitioner based on the registered sale deed. Subsequently, the petitioner has sold the same along with the petitioner's two sons and daughter to one Parameshwari to an extent of 50 cents through a sale deed, dated 20.12.2016. Now, the petitioner is seeking to issue individual patta for the remaining portion of the land. The specific claim of the petitioner is regarding the northern side of 66 cents. 3.This Court is directing the Tahsildar to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2025 in the light of the sale deed dated 20/12/2016 executed in favor of the said Parameshwari and pass appropriate orders in accordance to law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
