ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to consider her revision in Na.Ka.No.D6/823885/2023 and pass final orders on its own merits.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.V.Sukumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that she and her father Vellapandi are joint owners of the property situated in Survey No.510/8 measuring an extent of 30 cents in Pandavarmangalam Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, 2/6

Thoothukudi District. However, patta for the subject property mutated in favour of the petitioner's brother in Patta No.2206. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the second respondent and the same was disposed of on 06.03.2023 citing pendency of E.P.No.11 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed a revision before the first respondent. The first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.D6/823885/2023 dated 18.11.2024 issued an enquiry notice. Thereafter, there was no progress. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the revision pending on the file of the first respondent will be disposed of on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner on its own merits within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice 3/6

to the petitioner, siblings of the petitioner and other interested parties.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
