Pleased to call for the entire records connected with the proceedings of the Judgment of conviction passed by the Learned Mahila Court, Thirunelveli in S.C.No.193/2016 dated 13.04.2022 and set aside the same and acquit the appellant/A8 from all the charges. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NIRESH KUMAR.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.6028 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.345 of 2022 on 11.05.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
