ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 86 days in filing the appeal against the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.4039 of 2026 dated 13.02.2026.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent, who had filed the writ petition, is present.
3. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it has been stated that the delay had occurred owing to the official process, and that instructions had to be obtained from the higher authorities. Further, approval to file the appeal in the present case had also been delayed.
4. Taking all the factors into consideration, the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the appeal and put it up for admission. When the matter is listed for admission, the name of the counsel who appeared for the respondent shall be printed in the cause list. 2/4
