Prayer:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere into the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and the fourth respondent by way of conducting Kangaroo Court by considering the representation given by the petitioners dated 18.08.2022. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere into the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and the fourth respondent by way of conducting Kangaroo Court, by considering the representation given by the petitioners dated 18.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there was a property dispute between the petitioners and the fourth respondent. However, the Police are interfering with the civil dispute pending between them and threatening the petitioners. Hence, the 2/5

petitioners have made a representation to the official respondents on 18.08.2022, however, no action was taken. Hence, this Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 Police submits that the complaint given by the petitioners was enquired and it was closed on 08.05.2023 and therefore, there is no life threat to the petitioners.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 Police , this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 09.02.2024 ssb NCC:Yes/No Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No 3/5
