This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent herein not to harass the petitioner by interfering into the civil dispute and to direct the first respondent to take action against the fourth respondent, on the basis of the petitioner's representation made before him by RPAD, dated 17.08.2022.
