Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.12079 of 2023 dated 04.07.2023 against the petitioners/petitioners.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. KARTHICK SEVUGAPERUMAL.R, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12079 of 2023 on 04.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complied the conditions for 8 days only 2/3
