ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C), 29(1) and 25 of NDPS Act, 1985, in C.C.No.141 of 2024 on the file of the learned Principal EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, in Crime No. 520 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has already been remanded to judicial custody and hence, no further adjudication is required in this petition.
