ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the trial process and file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.141 of 2018, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506 (i) of IPC. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that within 2 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned Court.

4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file a final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15692 of 2021 report within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing the final report before the Concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
