ORDER
The petitioners herein seek a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey of his properties situated in Survey Nos.1148/2A1A and 1148/2A1B at R.Kombai Village, Gujiliyamparai Taluk, Dindigul District within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the third
respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to them is dispensed with.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.According to the petitioners, the subject properties were purchased by them in two separate sale deeds dated 13.12.2000 and 23.05.2024. The pattas for the said properties were also issued in the names of the petitioners in Patta Nos.5475 and 6844. The petitioners submitted applications before the official respondents on 07.06.2025 in Applications No.2024/0123/13/002996 and 2024/0123/13/002998 seeking survey of the subject properties. The said applications have not been considered. Hence, the petitioners have come before this Court. 5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit the applications of the will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the applications of the petitioners dated 07.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioners, private respondents 4 and 5, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
