*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] This writ petition has been filed for causing removal of the encroachment made in road Poromboke land bearing survey no.7/11 Kallupatti Village, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.The writ petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 02.07.2015. Since no follow up action was taken, this petition has been filed.

2.This Court directs the fourth respondent to cause removal of the encroachment, after issuing notice to the concerned parties and after following the statutory procedure. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
