2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11131 of 2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
