Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.713 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that this is the third application for anticipatory Bail. Earlier, two applications were filed by the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.11608 of 2021 & 14377 of 2021 and the same was dismissed on 24.08.2021 and 30.09.2021. Suppressing the same, the present petition has been filed by the petitioners.

3. Considering the conduct of the petitioners in suppressing the earlier applications filed by them and that they have not approached this Court with clean hands, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
