[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 473 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned counsel for the respondent, who has no serious objection for condoning the delay.

3. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioners have explained the delay in filing the above appeal.

4. We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit. Hence, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 473 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
