Heard Ms.V.Muthulakshmi learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu, for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and after dispensing with the notice on the third respondent, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed as against him, by directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2026 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3.Needless to state, before passing any orders on the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, appropriate notice shall be issued to the third respondent, who appears to be the petitioner's estranged brother.
