O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.219 of 2021.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has filed a status report stating that the police have completed the investigation and closed the same by referring it as un-deducted and RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant. It is submitted further that the petitioner shall take appropriate steps before the learned Magistrate concerned in respect of closure report filed by the respondent police.
3.Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum in respect of challenging the closure report filed by the respondent police in Crime No.219 of 2021.
