Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report in Cr.No.4 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the FIR in Crime No.4 of 2020 is pending from the year 2020 onwards, without filing the final report till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) prays three months time for filing Final Report.

5. Considering the submission, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the Final Report in Crime No.4 of 2020, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
