*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that encroachment is being committed by the respondents 3 and 4 on a public street in Chathirapatti Village. She had given a representation dated 18.01.2016 to the first respondent in this regard. She also later moved the second respondent by submitting one more representation dated 25.02.2016. Since no action was taken, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. We direct the second respondent to act on the representation dated 25.02.2016, submitted by the writ petitioner.

The second respondent shall enquire into the matter and if any encroachment is noticed, the second respondent shall take action in accordance with law for removing the same. The encroachers shall be given notice and their objections heard. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
