ORDER
This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life, limb and to enjoy their property in Survey Nos.82/5, 82/6, 62/13B and 67/7 (Patta Nos.2926, 2927, 1789 and 1549) situated at Kunnur Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 09.08.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner, the respondent police issued C.S.R.No.421 of 2022 and it is under enquiry.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.08.2022 and take suitable action on merits within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
