The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/ respondents 2 and 3 for their willful disobedience of the order dated 09.01.2023 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.479 of 2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in pursuance of the direction of this Court, the petitioner has already given a complaint to the second contemnor/third respondent and on that basis, enquiry was conducted and hence, the present contempt petition may be closed.
