ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent and their officials not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner with the fourth and fifth respondents in OS.No.47/2011 is pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Sivagangai District and not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.241 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that there is civil dispute and accordingly it was closed on 04.10.2021. Similarly, the earlier complaint given by the fourth respondent also came to be closed on the very same reason. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15558 of 2021 seen that the fourth respondent is indulging in giving repeated complaints and hence the third respondent is not entertaining such repeated complaints.
3.Since enquiry has been closed observing that there is civil dispute, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
