This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in CRL OP(MD) NO. 283 of 2026, dated 08.01.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioners and facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in CRL OP(MD) NO. 283 of 2026, for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
