ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner's elder brother had passed away. According to the petitioner, his elder brother was known as Narayanan. The third respondent claims to be his legally wedded wife. According to the third respondent, the petitioner's elder brother was also known by the name Ramar. The third respondent had also obtained a certificate from the second respondent certifying that she is a widow of Narayanan. The petitioner has given a representation for cancelling the said certificate. He wants the same to be disposed.
3.The petitioner is permitted to file an appeal before the first respondent. If such an appeal is filed, the same shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law after giving notice to the third respondent. The petitioner undertakes to file an appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall dispose it of within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
