ORDER

This writ petition filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 01.11.1999 and taken appropriate action against the 4th and 5th respondents who have blocked and redirected the water channel in Survey Nos.29/3 and 29/4 Muthuchellayapuram hamlet, Muthuramalingapuram Village, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramnad District.

3. The petitioner is a land owner and the 4th and 5th respondents are adjacent land owners.

4. The contention of the petitioner is that the channel was blocked by the 4th and 5th respondents, thereby the water through the channel is inundating the petitioner's land and thereby hinder the petitioner's agricultural activity.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
