O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2020.

2.Even though Writ of Mandamus for such like nature may not lie, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.1113 of 2020 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that there was enmity between the petitioner and the private respondents over the election dispute and the facts mentioned in the complaint is not true, the report is dated 19.07.2021.

W.P.(MD)No.18502 of 2021 19.07.2021, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. The petitioner can get a copy of the closure report from the office of the Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
