: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records connected with the detention order of the respondent No.2 in H.H.S.Confdl.No.64/2019 dated 20.08.2019 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu by name Mohaideen Nagarajan alias Nagarajan, son of Karuthappandi, aged about 31 years, now detained in Palayamkottai Central Prison before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

H.C.P.(MD)No.871 of 2019 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the Hebeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous, since the detention order has been revoked by the Advisory Board.
