ORDER
The notification dated 28.11.2020 issued by the Medical Services Recruitment Board for recruitment to the temporary post of Skilled Assistant Grade II is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents made a submission that the process of recruitment has already been completed and 87 candidates were selected and appointed. Therefore, the cause for the writ petition do not exist as of now.
