2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on a complaint given by the petitioner, dated 04.07.2022 is pending for enquiry in C.S.R.No.583 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. The statement is recorded.
3. Recording the same, the 2nd respondent/Inspector of Police is directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner, dated 04.07.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and pass suitable orders, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
4. With the above observation, this Writ petition is disposed of. No Cost.
