COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying this Court to call for the entire records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.14 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same in so far as concern the petitioners/Accused No.3 and 2.

Mrn 2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the FIR was closed as 'mistake of fact' and that RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant. A report was submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur.
3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution, nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions. Hence, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
