This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.865 of 2020 dated 29.07.2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Dhadikombu Police Station, Dindigul District.

Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent would contend that the first respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.865 of 2020 and laid a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul against the present petitioners in C.C.No.50 of 2021.
