ORDER
This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to take necessary action against the third respondent herein, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2019.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.263 of 2019. W.P.(MD)No.18895 of 2019 given a statment that they will settle the issue between them in village level panchayat. On the basis of the statement given by them, the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed.
3. Since the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition and the petition has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
