ORDER
The petitioner's request cannot be accepted for the present. An exparte decree had been registered by the third respondent. The petitioner has filed an IA for setting aside the same. He is yet to get the decree set aside. Therefore, the question of entertaining the request at this stage does not arise. If IA is allowed, the petitioner can renew his request.
2. With this liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
