The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to sub divide and issue a separate patta in respect of the petitioner's property situate in S.No.1413/1A1, Shanmugasundarapuram Village, Aundipatti Taluk, Theni District by considering the petitioner's application dated 11.06.2025.

2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/5

3.According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by the petitioner on 22.03.2006 under registered sale deed. Joint patta for the said property stands in the name of the petitioner and six others in patta No.2622. Based on the sale deed, the petitioner submitted an application seeking subdivision and issuance of separate patta on 11.06.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 5.In view of the same, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 11.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, the neighboring land owners, the co-pattadhars in patta No.2622 and other interested parties, if any.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
