ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, in S.C.No.61 of 2014, dated 16/09/2019 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the criminal appeal.

2.The petitioner stands convicted and sentenced as under:- Section of Law Sentence of imprisonment Fine amount 120(B) IPC Life Imprisonment Rs.15,000/-, in default to undergo 1 Year RI 302 IPC Life Imprisonment Rs.15,000/-, in default to undergo 1 Year RI 449 IPC 7 Years RI Rs.10,000/-, in default to undergo one Year RI 392 IPC 7 Years RI Rs.10,000/-, in default to undergo one Year RI

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4.The petitioner has failed to make out a prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence, hence we are of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence to the petitioner. 5.Accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
