: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay 90% non-recovery of marriage loan from petitioner's provident fund account for petitioner's daughter's marriage based on petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2016 on or before 15.05.2016 or within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
