ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Thoothukudi, to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.123/2017 in O.S.No.540/2024.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents 1 to 4 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner is the plaintiff in OS No.540/2004 and the suit is filed for partition and separate possession. The suit is decreed and final decree was passed on 21.10.2016. Therefore, the petitioner filed execution proceedings in the year 2017 in EP No.123/2017 and the same is pending. Since the said application is pending from the year 2017, the petitioner is before this Court for speedy disposal of the same. 4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of EP No.123/2017 as expeditiously as possible, 2/4

preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
