ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's 1/4

representation dated 22.04.2025 and allow the petitioner to register the sale document.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
