The above petition has been filed seeking orders to exempt the petitioner from paying the Court fee of Rs.23,053/- (total Court fee of Rs.23,153/- Rs.100/- paid) in this CMA.

CMP(MD) No.7668 of 2026 in CMA(MD)SR No.44843 of 2026 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and also perused the records.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Tribunal has mulcted the entire liability on the respondents 1 and 2 and they have not deposited the amount till now.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are exempted from the payment of Court fee of Rs.23,053/-- in CMA(MD)SR.No.44843 of 2026 for the present, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay the entire Court fee, as and when the petitioners receive any part of the amount, that has been awarded as compensation to the petitioners / claimants in M.C.O.P.No.1933 of 2023. das 29.06.2026 To Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/Special District Judge, Madurai.
