LENIN KUMAR.T., Advocate for the petitioner and ofM/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY,Government Advocate(Criminal Side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11499 of 2021, dated 16.08.2021.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners 2 to 10 have complied with the conditions from 14.09.2021 to 08.10.2021 and the first petitioner did not comply with the condition.

3.Since the first petitioner failed to comply with the conditions, this petition is dismissed insofar as the first petitioner is concerned.

4.Insofar as the petitioners 2 to 10 are concerned, since they are complying with the conditions regularly without fail, the condition is fully relaxed as against them.

5.In fine, the petition is partly allowed.
