ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025 to permit to remove the gravel sand in the land in Survey Numbers 435/2 and 436/2A situated in Palamadai village, Tirunelveli Taluk, Tirunelveli District.
2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.04.2025 and pass orders on merits in accordance to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
