ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 1/3

506(ii) of IPC, in Cr.No.139 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused persons have come in a two wheeler in a rash and negligent manner. When the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, they abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and assaulted him with knife the and caused injuries to him. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner has got 13 previous cases, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
