PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukkottai, to precede the case expeditiously in C.C.No.188 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukottai and dispose the case within a time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai, to precede the case expeditiously in C.C.No.188 of 2016 and dispose the same within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions set out in the original petition. Further, he submitted that due to the money dispute, one Raja has lodged a private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukottai for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 355 and 506(i) I.P.C and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.188 of 2016. Due to the pendency of the trial, the present petition has been filed for speedy disposal of the case in C.C.No.188 of 2016.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since this criminal original petition is filed for early disposal of the case, notice to the respondent is not necessary.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court feels that ends of justice would be met by directing the Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15374 of 2020 below to dispose the case in C.C.No.188 of 2016 within a time frame. Without adverting to the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai to dispose the case in C.C.No.188 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
