The petitioner has filed an appeal before the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram/the second respondent herein on 24.09.2021 as against the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer and has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the appeal within a stipulated time. 2.Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the appeal has been filed by the petitioner without enclosing any documents. However, they have fixed the date of hearing on 28.07.2023. 2/4

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the enquiry is scheduled to be held on 28.07.2023, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the second respondent on 28.07.2023 along with all necessary documents and the second respondent shall consider the documents and pass necessary orders within a period of four weeks from 28.07.2023. No costs.
