This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 92 days in filing the restoration petition to restore the Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD)No.175 of 2015, which was dismissed for default on 14.03.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The names of the 1st and 2nd respondents have been printed in the cause list.

4. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent has not raised any objection to this petition.
