The petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No. I Dindigul in Crl. M. P No. 2922/2019 in C.C NO. 160/2017 dated 02.08.2019

2. It is seen that the petitioner is an accused. He filed petition to recall PW 1 and he was allowed to cross examine the complainant side witness. Thereafter he filed petition to recall Inspector of Police, Vadamadurai Police Station, Dindigul and the same was also dismissed. The petitioner filed petition before this Court in Crl. O.P(MD)9344 of 2019 and the same was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 03.07.2019. After dismissing the the said petition he filed another petition seeking permission to examine himself as defence witness in the trial court. The said petition was also dismissed for the reason that the petitioner has been filed the petition only to drag on the proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Therefore this Court finds no reason to interfere with the order passed by the trial court and hence the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However the trial court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
