When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the prayer sought in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. However, the learned counsel further submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to hand over any belongings of the petitioner that are currently in the custody of the respondents.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the respondents are directed to hand 3/6
