ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the respondent/wife seeking transfer of the case in H.M.O.P.No.701 of 2019 filed by the respondent/husband on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, to the file of the Sub-Court, Ramanathapuram, within whose jurisdiction, the petitioner is residing.

2. The learned counsel, who has entered appearance for the respondent on instructions submits that he has no objection to the said transfer being effected.

However, the only request, which is being put forward is that the proceedings may be directed to be disposed of at the earliest.

3. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:

i) The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is directed to transmit the entire records in H.M.O.P.No.701 of 2019 to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Ramanathapuram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

ii) the learned Subordinate Judge, Ramanathapuram, , after obtaining the records on transfer, is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.341 of 2019 dispose of H.M.O.P.No.701 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, however, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In the result, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
