Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Hon'ble Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3, to protect the humen rights, dignity, self respect and welfare of Office Assistant in Judiciary by stopping the practice of deputing them for doing cooking and other domestic works in the houses of the Hon'ble Judge, Judicial Officers and Magistrate of Subordinate Courts in Tamil Nadu State and further direct the 4th and 5th respondents, to conduct enquiry in respect of the complaint dated 13.12.2017 filed before them in connection with the offence committed on Mrs.Nirmala and to take suitable legal action against the offender in accordance with the provisions of law and grant such other directions or orders to the respondents that may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
